Shipping & Returns

Orders are printed and packed within 2–5 business days. You'll receive an email with tracking as soon as your parcel is on its way.

United States: 3–7 business days after dispatch.
Europe & UK: 5–10 business days after dispatch.
Rest of world: 10–20 business days after dispatch.

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your address and the weight of your order.

Because every item is made to order, we don't accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, wrong size, or wrong color. Please check the size guide on each product page before ordering.

We will replace or refund any item that arrives damaged, defective, or with a print error. Email hello@loveaera.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue, the shipping label, and the full item. No need to ship the original back.

If your parcel doesn't arrive, contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date and we'll open a claim with our fulfilment partner. Verified lost shipments are reprinted and reshipped free of charge.

Orders returned to our fulfilment partner because of an incorrect, incomplete, or unclaimed address can be reshipped at the customer's expense. If we can't reach you within 4 weeks of the return, the order is forfeited.
