Do I need an account to order?

How do I change my shipping address?

Manage saved addresses under Account → Addresses. To change an address on an order that's already placed, email us as soon as possible — once fulfilment starts we can't modify it.

How is checkout processed?

Checkout is powered by Shopify. You can pay with all major cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, and (in India) UPI, cards, and wallets via Razorpay.

Because every item is made to order, we can't accept returns for change of mind, wrong size, or wrong color. We'll happily replace anything that arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted — email hello@loveaera.com within 30 days of delivery with a photo of the item and shipping label.

Email hello@loveaera.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item and shipping label. We'll reprint and reship free of charge — no need to send the original back.

My package hasn't arrived — what do I do?

If your parcel doesn't arrive, contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date and we'll open a claim with our fulfilment partner. Verified lost shipments are reprinted and reshipped free of charge.

How long does shipping take?

Orders are printed and packed in 2–5 business days. US orders arrive in 3–7 business days after dispatch, Europe/UK in 5–10, and rest of world in 10–20.
